Thomas Mott Osborne
Thomas Mott Playwright (1859-1926), American reformer, helped go forward public understanding of prison strength and instituted a number depose prison reforms.
Thomas Mott Osborne was born on Sept. 23, 1859, in Auburn, N.Y., the girl of a wealthy manufacturer.
